How does the booking process work?
If your desired dates are available, to secure your stay we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount (non refundable).
Daily cleaning and caterers cleaning support.
We offer daily house cleaning services, including bed-making, bedroom refresh, and entrance cleaning, all completed within 2 hours. If you need extra cleaning, simply request it in advance, and our team will accommodate your needs. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What is not included?
Catering, transport, extra activities. Extra cleaning hours.
I am a facilitator and I want my clients to pay you for their stay, is it possible?
We do not accept individual payments. To reserve one or two houses, the deposit and the remainder payment must be paid in one transaction.
Can I come with kids?
Kids are accepted only if you rent a house but are under the responsibility of the parents. We advise not to come with children who can not swim. We do not have isolation fencing around the pool.
How many double and single beds do we have?
Each bedroom can be prepared with 2 single beds or 1 double bed. 10 days before your arrival, you must send us an email stating the number of single or doubles beds.
Are the bedrooms all the same?
All are en-suite bedrooms but the size can be different. We invite you to check the plan of the houses.
If I don’t rent all the houses, will I still have privacy?
Absolutely. You will have exclusive use of your house and private pool—no one else will share the space. As for the yoga areas, we coordinate a shared schedule to ensure that each group has dedicated time to enjoy the space peacefully.
Can I rent the houses to organize a party?
We do not accept parties in the property. It is a very calm and quiet place.
Is there anything we should do upon arrival?
Yes! Take a moment to settle in, and then we warmly invite you to explore the property. Let yourself be guided by the paths, the trees, and the silence. A gentle walk is the best way to feel the soul of the place.
How late can we arrive for check-in?
If you arrive after 8 pm we will leave the key on the main door.
Where is the nearest beach?
Meco beach and Lagoa de Albufeira is at 15 minutes by car. Caparica beaches are at 20 minutes by car.
Where is the nearest grocery store?
It is very close. By car it takes 3 minutes.
Can I arrive before 4 pm?
IThe houses will not be ready to welcome you before 4pm. If necessary but subject to a request you can leave your luggage and come back after 4 pm.
Can I come with my pet?
We do not accept pets.
Do you have Bikes?
Yes, we have 3 adult bikes.

We’re delighted to offer complimentary WiFi during your stay in the countryside. However, it’s important to note that due to our remote location, we cannot guarantee a consistently reliable WiFi connection. If you require a stable internet connection for work or other purposes, we recommend considering a mobile WiFi provider or renting a device from us for a more dependable online experience.
